Mathematics Education

My interest in mathematics education stems from teaching as an adjunct at the University of Maryland University College. There, I have taught developmental, introductory college mathematics, and introductory statistics. Most of those have been distance education, administered through the Internet. A few courses have been hybrid with both an online and in-person component. As a result, my research has focused on delivering mathematics content online.
